Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

WeatherFit Glendale Insulation Company, glendaleinsulation.com, info@glendaleinsulation.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any work you hire WeatherFit Glendale Insulation Company to do at your house. By using the site or booking a job with us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site, and feel free to call us with questions first.

In these terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean WeatherFit Glendale Insulation Company and our crew. "You" means the person visiting the site or hiring us.

What we do

We're an insulation contractor in Glendale, CA, working in Glendale and the cities around it. We're licensed and insured. Our work includes attic, wall and crawl space insulation, blown-in and spray foam, air sealing, vapor barriers and removing old insulation. You can read more about us on our About page.

The service descriptions on this site are general. The exact scope of your job is what's written on your estimate or contract, and that document controls if it differs from anything on the site.

Estimates and pricing

We give free on-site estimates, and there's no pressure to book. Your price depends on what we can see and reach on that visit, such as how much insulation is already up there, how easy your attic or crawl space is to get into, and the material you choose. An estimate holds for the period written on it.

Sometimes a job shows things a visit can't, like wet or soiled insulation, rodent damage or wiring that needs an electrician. If that happens, we stop, show you what we found and give you a price for the change. We don't do added work without your approval.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We'll set a date with you and tell you about how long the crew expects to be at your house. You agree to give us clear access to the work area and power where the job needs it, and to keep kids and pets away from it while we work.

Foam jobs come with a re-entry time, the hours before it's safe to be back inside. We'll tell you what it is for your job before we start, and you agree to stay out until then. Weather, material delays or conditions found on the job can move a date, and we'll let you know as soon as we know.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, call (747) 372-8156 or reach us through our contact page as early as you can. If material was ordered for your job before you cancelled, we may charge for it as your estimate or contract states.

Payment

The amount, any deposit and the due dates are written in your estimate or contract, and we'll go over them with you before we schedule. Unless your contract says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is done.

If a payment is late, we may pause work on that job and add charges that California law allows.

Our work and warranties

We stand behind our work, and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If something about the job isn't right, tell us and we'll come back and look at it. Any written warranty on our workmanship is the one stated in your contract.

Insulation and foam products carry their maker's own warranty, and we'll pass that along to you. We can't promise a set drop in your power bill, because savings depend on your house, your heating and cooling equipment and how you use them.

Apart from those warranties, this website and its content are provided as is, without any other promise, to the extent the law allows. The information here is general and isn't advice for your specific house.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent California law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim about a job won't be more than what you paid us for that job.

We aren't responsible for conditions that were there before we started, such as old roof leaks, pests or existing wiring, though we'll tell you about anything we notice. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

Using this website

The text, photos and design on this site belong to WeatherFit Glendale Insulation Company, so please don't copy them for commercial use without our permission. Links to other websites are there for convenience, and we aren't responsible for what those sites say or do.

Settling disputes

If you have a problem with our work, call us first, because most issues get settled in a conversation at the house. If we can't work it out together, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before going to court. Either of us can still use small claims court for a claim that qualifies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any court case about them or about our work will be heard in Los Angeles County, CA.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page applies when you use the site or sign a job with us. Changes won't alter a contract you've already signed.

If you have questions about these terms, reach us through our contact page or call (747) 372-8156. You can also head back to our home page to see the work we do.
